Welcome to SocialCrib! By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. SocialCrib reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any material changes.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility: SocialCrib is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.
Third-Party Accounts: If you link your SocialCrib account with a third-party service, you authorize us to access and use information from that account.
3. Use of SocialCrib
SocialCrib allows users to join and participate in audio cribs. You agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Respectful Conduct: You agree not to engage in behavior that is harassing, offensive, or otherwise harmful to other users. Misuse of SocialCrib’s audio cribs, including hate speech, threats, and harassment, is strictly prohibited.
Content Guidelines: You may not post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others. SocialCrib reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Crib Participation: By entering a crib, you understand that other users can see your presence and, if you speak, will hear your contributions.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All rights to SocialCrib’s technology, content, and trademarks remain with SocialCrib or its licensors and/or JM MiSA International. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or modify any part of the app without permission.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you post or share. By posting content, you grant SocialCrib a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the app.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using SocialCrib, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of SocialCrib may be available through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our payment terms:
Subscription Fees: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription fees may be subject to change with prior notice.
Billing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. By making a purchase, you authorize SocialCrib or its payment processor to charge you according to your selected payment method.

You agree not to:
Use SocialCrib to promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.
Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with SocialCrib.
Post, transmit, or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
SocialCrib is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees as to its availability or reliability. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access SocialCrib will cease immediately, and any data related to your account may be deleted, subject to applicable legal requirements.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
